Excellent service and clean

This is a new guesthouse (no dirty hippies) and very clean.
The staff were very friendly and helped with all our enquiries about the surrounding area.
The room was quite spacious and the beds were the best we've slept in since starting our travels in Asia.
Wifi was very good connection.
My only criticisms would be that the shower room had an odd smell (the hotel however are now working on this) and it was quite a walk to the busier part of Chiang Mai (get a Tuk Tuk for 80Baht) but nothing that could stop me giving this place five stars.
Highly recommended.

Small, cozy and good location
It's one of the best places I ever visited chiang mai. I feel like staying home n have a great sleep every night.

Clean room & friendly staff
The room is clean. The gentleman at front desk is very helpful & also with smile on his face. He can even speak Malay. The breakfast is good.
