Value for money

Pros - walking distance to sunday night market, 7 eleven, temples in Old City and hawker stalls. Easy to get tuk tuk and song thaew to get around Chiang Mai. Hotel looks new and clean. Definitely worth for budget travellers. Breakfast is tasty and freshly made upon order. Good security. Cons - No lift available and the stairs do not have proper railing. Would be inconvenient for senior citizen. Water pressure on the highest floor is abit low but bearable.
