Was surprised by our stay at 3 Laan house. Upon arrival the location seemed to be more like a hostel than a boutique hotel. There is no elevator and we had to climb. 3 flights of stairs to our room. This wasn't too much of a problem, just a lot of uneven steps that resulted in a few falls. The room was bare bones but included ants. Cold showers and poor washroom facilities. Safe was not bolted to anything, so it was very easy to be lifted therefore rendering it useless. Minimal breakfast options, and did not enjoy breakfast personally.
