Just ok

It's pretty different btw the staff at reception and the service of this hotel. We decide to stay at the hotel becoz of the staff at reception, she was so nice and professional. But after check in, we found the air conditioner was leaking. Though the staff try to checked it and called mechanic for help. It still couldn't be solved, the water leak to floor and make sound. The other problem is, we stay 2 nights there and the second day we did hang "clean up the room" sign out the door. But still didn't get new towel and toilet paper, they also didn't clean the floor and bathroom. We stay there without toilet paper in the second day and which is really inconvenient.(we went back too late and no one can help us.)
