Disappointed

The location of the hotel is great but there is a construction going on in the next building. The air conditioner is really tiny and undercalculated in term of power compared to the size of the room. If you visit Chiang Mai during April-May (avg tempt over 100 degree F), this tiny machine can't help you much.

Big suggestion to one of the staffs (female) at the front to have more service mind and be more polite to all guests. No cleaning during our stay and she gave the reason with unwelcoming voice when we asked that it's because we didn't put the cleaning sign at our door. There was no sign or explanation whatsoever in our room. Never mind, we can admit that we may have missed some of the hotel procedures but the way she talked to me and my friends in a few different occasions is a proof that her manner does need a lot of improvement.

Simple Homestay style hotel

The hotel is not suitable for family with small children very danger upstairs. Request deposit key c
Location ok. Toilet not so clean. Not enough light for make up. Need take out shoes when coming hotel.
