My wife and I have stayed in this hotel over last 3 years for 5 times. We pretty much tried all their rooms. We just stayed there 3 times this year and find the hotel room getting worst and worst.
Pros:
- Design of the hotel is nice
- Lobby is clean
- Staff are extremely nice and helpful
Cons:
- We stayed with hotel many times. When we ask for an upgraded, they want to charge as even the room is available. Manager is inflexible.
- We were put on 2nd floor in 2 different room, not very good experience. Fridge leaked water on the floor. You can feel the matter springs, very uncomfortable. Bathroom water accumulated after showers. The sealing was not done right, the water leaked to bedroom.
To be fair, we didn't notice the same issue on the 3rd floor.
Hotel also changes the delicious breakfast selection from chicken breast slices to cheap chicken sausage.
