Good hotel but bad this time

This is a good hotel which I have been staying in my previous visits to Phuket. However, quite disappointed this stay with them as the air con in the room broke down twice on two days out of my 6 days stay there. Took them an hour to fix it while I was forced to sit there in the hot room to oversee their repair works. My baby boy missed his usual afternoon nap too and become cranky after that. They should have gotten us to wait else where with air con while all these are on-going. Hope they can manage the situation better next time.
