Location good facilities bad

The location of this place is great for travel and exploitation of BKK but the steer is so noisey you can't rest properly. The shower poured off in a random direction and was either scolding or freezing. I was only there for a business meeting, so a very quick stay but there are better places in Bangkok for a similar price.

loud construction work done on room next door. No hot water in shower for 2 days. Staff did not speak any English.
