We stayed at this hotel last October with my (then) 7 month old baby and we had the best stay. Our trip was cut short because of an emergency back home but for the 48 hours that we were there, we truly enjoyed ourselves.
The hotel breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The chef was so nice to specially prepare baby food for my baby. One incident that I felt was very impressive was when my helper dropped baby utensils on the floor, a staff was so quick to took it and clean it for us and even sanitised it with hot water before returning them to us. I was so impressed with how helpful and considerate they staff were
I love the fact that the hotel is pretty close to the airport.
I really cannot fault this hotel except for one issue whereby there are staff that vigorously promotes the vacation club membership to a point that it got very very irritating. They would literally harrase you and chase after you. I think that was quite of a turn off, after all we were there for vacation.
