ดีเยี่ยม

I stayed at this hotel for one night at the end of November on arrival in Bangkok. After a long flight and losing out on a night on the plane due to time difference we were exhausted, and arrived at the hotel at around 9am. I think check in is normally 3pm but we asked and were able to check in at 11 which was handy to get a couple of hours sleep after a little shop and bite to eat at the mall! Hotel really clean, rooms amazing, spacious, clean and comfortable beds. Pool area nice but pool was too cold to get in, gym looked good but we didn’t go in here either. Staff were friendly and helpful, good location close to a shopping mall and the BTS, also a cafe and 7eleven on site, free tuk tuk from hotel to a couple of nearby locations - only certain times of day so we tended to walk but would be useful to have. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Meet standard

Good place, but bad staff decision

Excellent hotel
Loved my stay here I had a big room, kitchen so you can cook etc. Very nicely thought out good design and first class. I would definitely stay again
