not look like hotel but only normal stay room

3 stars hotel but i can say the room only like normal stay room home. not look like room hotel, no lift, and many pipe n the roof so near n bang to my head few times when i stand up on the bed to see the aircon. staffs are friendly n helpful. but i can’t say this is a hotel. almost every month i travel around but this is the worse room hotel. and don’t think they will change the bed sheets they only clean it but not change it. and i’ve booked for 5 days n can’t cancel/refund. i prefer to pay more than stay there. hard to get taxi to this hotel

Good but hard surfaces means no sound proofing.
