amazing stay
We spent 5 days at Andalay Resort: originally we booked for 3 but we were so happy that we extended. We had a wonderful beach front villa, with an amazing view over the sea. This place is amazing: a small boutique resort, with few villas/rooms and a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms and all the facilities are very clean and taken care of. The staff is nice, pleasant and very friendly - always willing to run the extra mile to make the guest feel comfortable. The food is also very good (both thai and international). We were there with our 4 years old daughter and they have been always to genuinely nice and friendly with her. We explored a bit the island as well: there are almost no tourist at all and the local people are very friendly. So overall a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend Andalay to people who are looking for a relaxing corner of paradise outside the classica touristic routes. I would also lie to say that the other guests that were in the place in our same period were all very nice and respectful people (all pretty silent, respecting each other and nice), which made our stay even better.
