Paradise on Earth

After a very busy and stressful 2015 we needed some down time, and so I booked five days at Islanda. We reached the island by boat at 9 am om Christmas day and meet the manager with a cool fruit juice and cold towels. Our chalet (sea month) had beautiful sea views and was well kited out with all mod cons, including wifi, samsung tv and dvd as well as JBL speakers. The resort was fantastic, with a great pool and good dining. Each day there were events planned and trips that you can take from the island by boat. Alternatively if you wish to stay on the island you can borrow bikes and explore. The island has a great floating restaurant. After five days we were sad to leave and we definitely will be back.
