Spacious room with a reasonably central location in Kamphaeng Phet

The room was a good size and the air conditioning worked well .The bed was comfortable .Checkin was quick .The staff do not speak much English or understand it .I had big problems checking out and asking for information about buses to Bangkok ...No one understood ......in the end the only person to understand my request was a lady working in the kitchen The Hotel caters for for obviously majority Thai people .There were no tea coffee facilities in my room and trying to get a coffee was excruciating as the machine in the lobby seems constantly turned off
The hotel is close by an exercise park and markets .

Receptionist at Check In Extremely Rude

Convienent stop-over hotel for one night only.
An old 3 star hotel with ageing facilities, but staff made an effort to please. The whole hotel could do with a revamp to bring it into the 21st century. Plenty of free car parking across from hotel... อ่านต่อ

Been there for 5 years. Now never again
The only positive++ is the bell boy k. Den. Every thing is wrong and unbeliveble! On arrival: no greating, the lady at the reception do not know how to check the reservation, I show the agoda vouch... อ่านต่อ
