Not Satisfied

Room is very nice. At this price point, I would expect a better experience 1. A Glass full of coke/coffee stains 2. Hair Blower leads blown off (Sparkles and nearly hurt my wife) They change over another one but not tested in room for swapped blower 3. Called butler of the hotel to book in external Spa name Siladon Spa (Outlined there shall be a one way free pick up). - However got a notes from the hotel saying that time range have been booked out and no free pickup but got an offer for another spa closer to hotel - Contacted myself to Siladon Spa and booked in the original requested package with free pickup on the exact time outlined to butler previously (Hope misunderstanding or other reason here not self interest involved) - Received call at 8.30am while I am still asleep - Asking if I want to book the offered Alternative Spa by butler (Told to contact them if I want to proceed on previous night)
Overall, not as expected with the price point.

Nice design room
Hotel interior very beautiful. Clean room. Only Some staff performed disappointing manner in breakfast room. Scenary from room not good enough compare with the price

under the mosquito net there were alot of dust!
