Not worth it

Butler is not helpful as it used to be. We arrived before the check-in time (check-in time is 3pm) , and we are waiting at the restaurant. Staff at the restaurant are not welcome and not friendly, we asked them to recommend the menu , he just pointed at the menu with no explaining. Bell-boy sent us to the room and roughly introduced us the facilities in the room and said the Butler will come to you. I'm waiting but my Butler is not coming and I didn't see her at all. I booked for Clay Villa but I were check-in in Tent Villa (don't know that they up-grade or down-grade me). Not recommended Tent Villa because during day time is extreme hot even turn on air-con.

Nice Hotel with good Service
Super recommend the SPA of the hotel. It's one of the best that I ever have. The staffs are really nice and helpful. I like the breakfast and snacks they provided to me. A memorable stay here.
