Noteworthy Hotel!
In short, everything is perfect about this hotel.
I arrived late at night and was welcomed by the bellboy who helped us with the heavy luggages. The check-in process was smooth but there is a 1000b security deposit. We were pleasantly surprised by the gesture of the hotel, as they prepared a nice surprise (swan towels and balloons), knowing we were there to celebrate our honeymoon.
The room is as depicted, however the shower was not equipped with a glass door, and we had to use a shower curtain (which could not prevent some water from coming out). Otherwise, the room is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and very clean and new at that, which is a major plus point.
Opposite the hotel is a 7-11 and not far away is a FamilyMart where you can get all your things easily. The hotel is a 10-15mins walk away from
the main streets where Platinum Mall is, but you could always get a Grab (the lounge is a comfy place to chill at while waiting too). The hotel staff were also very friendly in assisting us. Overall, this is a hotel to stay in if you want a pampered stay in Bangkok. I would be here to stay again if I'm back.
