Could be better

In general, the ambience of hotel is nice. Location is not bad, inside town and walkable to night market. However the room that we stays was so thin. We could here everything from the road, sound of steps at staircase. Even for myself who is not a light sleeper, couldn't sleep well.
Staffs are quite ignorance. We don't mind with the parking, but would recommend to have some staff attend when guest arrive. We have stayed somewhere else that have similar ambience, so knowing that this place could be better.
