no free wifi

breakfast included scheme does not permit guests to use wifi provided in dining room. only lunch and dinner get you a 30 minute free wifi period. it seems the management of the hotel does not coordinate with the management of the dining area...and it leads to many unpleasant exchanges between the waiters and the guests. someone needs to explain to the management that with the advent of changes in communication procedures that they need to get with the program. never saw anyone use the two paid pcs..at 100 baht an hour. time to move into the 21st century.
