Lovely Hotel with Warm Hospitality

Before booked this hotel via Agoda, I already emailed their staff, and a staff called Tim informed me well and gave sufficient information regarding the hotel.
I arrived at this hotel at almost 7pm after going around the island from the airport, and welcomed well by their staff. Every time leaving and arriving at the hotel, receptionist always greet me politely and we did have small and warm chat.
Rooms are good and meet my standard, no problem at all. Unfortunately short time visit make me unable to try their swimming pool. Environment also good, just walk 2 mins you are already at the beach. There is also one banana pancake seller in front of Ibis Hotel just next to this hotel, try it!
At all, I'm really satisfied staying at this hotel...

Spacious room but not so friendly staff
