Good service and location

We were installed in a room that seemed to come right out of an 80's movie. We got to see our friends rooms afterwards and we realized it was a totally different experience. The staff was kind enough to help us relocate but we had to pay an upgrade. Staff is mostly extremely kind and helpful, one unfortunate exception was one grumpy young lady.
