Room and atmosphere is great but the pool is sad
The room design and atmosphere is great, staff is friendly and helpful. The only down side is the pool is a little bit dull

Delightful
A really impressive Serenity Suite, so well priced. The most fantastic Royal Bayan signature spa treatment. Always helpful staff. Lots of extras. A great visit. Recommended.
