Good
Clean and close to popular backpackers ' area Kao San Road. Kind staff ( even if they charged us 200 BAT for washing a few items which is A LOT ) . Simple but overall good breakfast .

Quiet and comfortable stay in Bangkok
We had a great stay over New Years Eve at Baan Noppawong. Friendly staff and a great neighbourhood with easy access to attractions.

Good location/No parking/Staff not friendly
Nice location for good food/temple ... walkable distance But no parking and the staffs there are not friendly. Could not properly communicate in Thai and could not response you in English!

Been moved to another hotel
When we arrived at the hotel they told us the bathroom is broken and so we have been moved to another hotel Villa Phra Sumen away aprox 10min walking. That was very good.

disappointed
Frustration disappointed, early booked the room, however they took to another hotel which is 10 mins away. The reception told me it is the same quality, but the price of new place is lower.
