Good location, nice room and fair price
Clean room, bathroom very simple, a bit old baut clean and completely enough for a short trip. Definitely recommendable

Nice place to stay
This is a very nice guesthouse. The room was clean, large and spacious. The location was great..... North of the Moat with many things around.... Coffee shops, bars, restaurant and a laundry service!

Check in allowed at 7 AM!
We got to Chiang Mai with the night bus from Bangkok and arrived at 6 am. We stopped at the hotel just to leave our luggage, but the owner allowed us to check in and gave us the rooms immediately!
