由于看错了月份 下错了订单 主要责任在自己 但是这个酒店的客户服务做的点都不好 邮件没发一封 确认checkin的电话也不打一个 如果他像其他的酒店入住前打了电话 我就能采取其他措施来避免三天的损失 ....
