Lobby staff
The lobby staff are problematic. We have brought the booking documents (hardcopy) but we are denied to get all the booked rooms. We need to wait for about 1 hour to settle the problems.

Overall ok, staff are friendly. But can heard the sound from outside and corridors.
Recommend to bring own hair dryer
