Wonderful friendly staff
Basic but very clean room-- staff was super useful and very quiet street. I would definitely stay here again for an easy stop in old city

One night in Chiang Mai
I enjoyed my stay at 3 Laan, although the stairs are very steep and not so big. I would suggest a hand rail as well as the stylised ropes that act as a safety measure.
