Great snorkeling location but fair hotel

Hotel convenient to best snorkeling location,the island is worth to visit but fair hotel due to faulty air-conditioning room and strict hotel rule of a lot of fining. Fair staff with fair English for communication. No hot water and you need to buy everything in restaurant and shop.
