Villa is nice but facilities are old.

Pros: - Swimming pool in front of all 3 bedrooms
- Nice and comfortable king size bed
Cons: - Sharp and rocky steps in the pool are dangerous. Injured both my kids.
- Facilities in the Indoor playground and water play area are old.
- No telephone in the villa. Need to walk to reception office each time for room service or other requests.
- Erratic flow of hot water in the shower.
- Many mosquitoes and flies.
- Kitchen utensils and bicycles are old and rusting.
- Faulty kitchen tap.

Kids park is a great attraction for kids for short stay
Friendly staff, very clean and well equipped villa rooms, nice location for walk around restaurant areas. For anyone with kids around 3-5 years old, this villa worth a short stay.

Loved it! Definitely going back.
Great facility. The villas were perfect - clean, up to date, great location, friendly staff. The location was quiet and allowed for total relaxation and enjoyment of Phuket.
