Excellent Location but Poor Housekeeping

We have stayed there for 6 days in two different types of rooms.
Standard and Deluxe.
Both the room has horrible housekeeping. Stained bed sheets, dirty toilets even they don't clean the used glasses and mugs. Worst housekeeping ever. They are doing their Pool renovation. So no pool available.
Excellent location, Reception staffs are very friendly. Breakfast is awesome.
