Beware - Under Renovation ...

For over a year the Marriott GM has indicated renovation within the hotel would be completed within a few weeks. For over a year the GM has misled people as the hotel is very loud and I have had to change rooms upwards of (3) times for each stay due to constant noise. The club level is nothing special given the price and while the staff in club level are accommodating - I would skip the club level for certain. I have no issues with front line staff as it is the GM that is full of beans tied to lack of honesty and probity. This hotel is loud and under renovation. SKIP IT!
