Great 5-star in the center of Bangkok

Everything you'd expect from a 5-star in the center of Bangkok. Friendly service, smooth check-in and -out. We stayed in a newly renovated "Deluxe" (standard) room which was very well set out with modern Thai décor, nice sofa area by the window, plush bathroom. Dining options are really impressive: the New York Steakhouse is superb for a splashout, the buffet breakfast is one of the best I've seen anywhere, BBCO coffee shop at the front has a yummy selection of cakes, pies and drinks.

Location, rooms and staff all excellent

Terrible
As typical - checked in and had to change room (2 x). Exec Mgt (Mr. Ed - the guy not the horse) was naturally no where to be found. This hotel is a joke - club lounge under construction, poor rooms as... อ่านต่อ
