Great Service, strongly recommend

It's my boyfriend's birthday while we were staying at the hotel. The hotel has prepared birthday card and mini-cake for us without any additional charge, such a warm greeting! Very clean room and superior service. The buffet breakfast was very nice that I'd strongly recommend to try at least once. The only thing that can be improved is the hotel facility (as I remember the gym room was not free-of-charge and the spa was quite expensive). The hotel is located at another side of the river that you need to take hotel's shuttle boat to-and-from the pier. Waiting time is 10-20min, which I think it's acceptable. All in all, it's a very nice hotel and I'd recommend to stay.
