Good place to stay

Location wise. 8/10. Relatively isolated location from tourist hotspot, so was very quiet and peaceful, no tourist touts around. Right by the beach which was beautiful and serene. Even though its about 15 minutes drive from Chaweng, the main tourist strip, the resort provides a daily service to Chaweng to allow you to visit.
Room wise. 6/10. We arrived to be told that the villa that we booked was not available and we would be given a standard room and a dinner voucher. We questioned this as we were not happy about this, and they gave us the villa that we booked. The decor was a bit dated, but have been told it's going to be renovated.
Resort overall. 9/10. The resort was well located and peaceful. The beach was lovely and the facilities were reasonably good. Staff were helpful, including Roland, the guest liason manager who checked in with the guests every morning to see how things were going.

Wierd German staff. Ok Thai. NOT Chaweng

My son had to go to the hospital, he was very il, in the hospital there were 4 people more, who were also sick from the food in the hotel that night and day.I won't stay 1 day longer in Paradise beach... อ่านต่อ

Poorly managed and very run down
The first impression was the lack of attention and service when arriving at the hotel. No one to help with bags, and poor English on the part of the reception staff. The gardens within the resort look... อ่านต่อ

Quiet hotel with nice pool but moderate food
