Good boutique hotel with excellent service

We have a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff and hotel facilities including breakfast and Chef Chom, are excellent. The buggy comes in the next minute when called and snacks provided in the afternoon are also good. The room is clean, although I'd say that the wooden floor looks a bit aging.

The only problem we have is that no one picked us up at the airport when we came. When I asked the staff, I was told (and reconfirmed the day after) that our booking has the pick up request but when the hotel asked for confirmation to Agoda, it was Agoda that did not respond and therefore no pick up was provided to us. I'd appreciate it if Agoda can pay close attention to this matter.

Very nice private resort
