just perfect

the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room were spacious and clean. the house keeping girl were excellent, frequently spraying our room to prevent misquote. Provide essence oil in our room daily. The General Manager knew who we were and introduced herself to to us during our breakfast. Big massive bed and comfy pillows. Decorated our room and provided fresh fruits on arrival which made my wife very happy. Thank you so much. You guys are wonderful. The only thing that my wife suggested is bright light in the bathroom for the lady to do their makeup.

Horrible experience... cannot order room service for 1 hour
Asked for extra blanked and inside the blanked was a sharp piece of glass. Obviously the manager is not in control of this place. They held our credit card and passports for over 2 hours. Why is that?... อ่านต่อ

Room Cleaning standard is very low~
