Great.....but.

Overall a very nice place and enjoyable stay. It’s not the staffs fault but the little extras did blemish the overall impression. 100Thb for a bucket of ice and 800Thb corkage to open and serve a bottle of our own champagne at the romantic dinner on the beach spoilt what was overall a very nice stay.
The staff were lovely but just needed to be a little more aware and attentive such as offering food and drink rather than having to get their attention and ask everytime.
I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family. They just need to consider the price already being paid by the guest and not gouge at every opportunity.

Horrible experience... cannot order room service for 1 hour
Asked for extra blanked and inside the blanked was a sharp piece of glass. Obviously the manager is not in control of this place. They held our credit card and passports for over 2 hours. Why is that?... อ่านต่อ
