Amazing!

Had an absolute amazing stay at Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort & Spa. Great location! Our room was made up twice a day, plenty of bottled water provided. All of the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The resort grounds are huge! didn't have enough time to explore all of the resort facilities.
Will be staying here again the next time we are in Phuket.

very disappointing customer service

Old hotel, not good value of money
Old facilities, experienced staff but a little arrogant. Have to strongly requiring for certain reasonalbe needs.

It was raining when we arrived so it probably was a factor on why the pool seemed dirty. The place is massive! Very good for families though as its very homey.
