Inconvenient location and terrible service in front desk

15minutes walk to restaurants and shops, no shuttle bus arranged. you have to risk your life to cross a super busy road to the beach, the good thing is a guide is assigned by the hotel to help. you will find you are a turkey in the oven when you finally approach the beach,since there is no shied and no umbrella for rent. The ladies in front desk for check in and E building for check out both have really bad mood and the attitude is terrible, a proper training is definitely needed. Room cleaning service is very good, but the room itself is damp and the quilt is damp as well, pillows are too high and hard.Swimming pool is fantastic, but you could not find a couch if you come down after 10am. It is not a 5 stars hotel.

Old hotel, not good value of money
Old facilities, experienced staff but a little arrogant. Have to strongly requiring for certain reasonalbe needs.

It was raining when we arrived so it probably was a factor on why the pool seemed dirty. The place is massive! Very good for families though as its very homey.
