It was all about fixing problems for 1 full day
I travelled with my family with a 3 yr old kid. We reached early around 12 pm and we are well aware that check-in starts at 3 pm. So, we headed to the beach to spend sometime till we wait to check-in. We returned to the hotel at around 2.50pm, but they still wanted us to wait saying the room was not ready yet. I was quite surprising for me hear this, because it is almost impossible for you to reach the hotel exactly at 3 pm, when you travel from another country.
Next, before we checked-in we were never intimated of the plumbing problem, my kid and husband rushed to shower, as we were fully drenched at the beach due to rain. First, there was no hot water for few mins, next water was completely cut off, later low water pressure. Ended up calling reception to fix all these. I again started wondering, what were they making ready during our wait time.
In the evening, card holder to keep power on in the small bedroom fell off the wall and I again had to call reception to fix that.
