Score is higher due to the staff! When I was taken unexpectedly to hospital, the staff held onto my baggage for 3 days until I could organise collection! However, must note it was a little bit pricey for what it is. My partner of 6’3 really couldn’t stand up straight in the pod so tall people beware! It was very hot in the morning times too even with the fan on full blast! Shared toilets are nice and clean.
