we stayed at the new hotel, the room & the location was great. The staff able to speak simple English. But the attitude of the pregnant lady in charge of check out was VERY BAD! she not qualified to be a front line staff at all! They accused us for 3 pairs of room slippers missing during check out. My brother in law have to return to the room to find for the slippers. But we only manage to find one pair. They retained all of our 8 passports until we paid 100THB for each pair of the slippers. No receipt was given for the extra 200THB that we paid for the missing slippers, suspect its the way they make extra money.

room is too noisy
i live on the 9th floor room 916,when i need to rest at 12.00 in the evening,i heard the loud noises and conversations in the next room like karaoke room.i don't dare to go to stay in this kind of hot... อ่านต่อ

Breakfast not good. I called and was told buffet breakfast but was given ala carte instead
