Great view, but very low-key hotel

Situated on quiet part of Phi Phi. View is great, bungalow was clean and nice. There is many stairs to get to the hotel. There is no beach belonging to the hotel, but we snicked in to the beach belonging to hotel next door. Water clean, sand white. Facilities dirty, reception unfinished, Stuff speak a bit of English, but it is rather difficult to communicate. Food not that great, but not terrible. All in all very nice view, but low-key place.

it's a rustic cottage and not a hotel

Beautiful beach but...
