Nice place. Terrible Staff and Food.

Beautiful location. The gardens are well cared for and buildings are good and clean. But that is where anything good stops. No-one can speak English at all. We are learning Thai but we really struggled. The complimentary breakfast is a joke. It actually seems like they have no food here. The staff didn't seem to show up for work this morning so I guess we don't get our free breakfast! We ate dinner twice (we thought it couldn't get any worse than the first night - wrong!) The first night they didn't give us what we ordered. Chicken wings=chicken tendons, T-Bone = some kind of steak. this is kind of normal sometimes I've found in Thailand so we didn't say anything - BUT last night was just plain awful. The steak was raw (have photos). We had what looked like the last of the chips from the freezer bag and money bags (gold chips) burned and stuffed with fish. Very much looked like they were using up scraps from the freezer. We paid 5600THB for this place. Waste of money. Won't be back.

Disappointed : Booked room for 4 but got room for 2
