Nice stay overall

Hotel is new, room is spacious and clean and front desk is helpful. Although hotel is located 5 min walk from the main street, there is a shuttle service to send you to the main road. The only down side is the bathtub in the room is difficult to get in and out for a small size lady. Overall, its very nice stay.

it's a Novotel...
everything very fine there. Rooms big ad clean. my only point here was that I'm a little sensitive to dust, esp. as the windows can't be opened, and the intake filter of the aircon had a half centimet... อ่านต่อ

everything is good, except the receptionist girls on Executive lounge who is very rude
We did enjoy our stay, but for the price we pay , executive room on 25th floor, we should get all the basic service , and friendly staff who know how to greet customers at least. Please look into this... อ่านต่อ
