Basic clean hotel near market, lack of basic amenities

Disappointing 4 stars hotel - no tooth brush given, no bedroom slippers given. No greetings when you step into the hotel. The front desk staff showing very impolite and unfriendly face while we ask for in room slipper and towel change. The management should know that front desk staff represent a lot of the hotel's image and training shall be given to improve. Info also not given clearly and we are forced to buy swimming cap for girls. Requested for connecting rooms during reservations as we are traveling with elders and kids, but when we double check with front desk staff during check in, just got a reply from the front desk staff - "NO" Language and body language shown unprofessional and impolite - by staff of 4 stars hotel.. pls note that this is one of the most expensive hotel among that area. Pros is big and spacious room, Super King bed, newer hotel among the same area, 3 mins walk to Lee Garden market, service from Housekeeping staff is excellent and caring
