Average

I thought panalee would have more. It looked really nice on the internet but when i arrived i just thought it was average. My room was nice and big, i stayed in one of the bungalows. It had a hole in the one of the windows, no bin (which i thought was strange) but the room was nice and modern. I think the hotel could have more wow factor if they switched the lights on more and made good use of th facilities. The free breakfast was ok but lacked diversity! I'm sure people would get sick of eggs and hotdogs everyday. They just need to jazz up the whole experience a bit more!

Lack of service
