Great-looking rooms but thin walls

This was a great room in an excellent location. A lovely hotel with a good gym and pool. About 5 mins walk from Asoke station, and it was convenient with Terminal 21 nearby. However, found the room walls quite thin and I could hear the footsteps and voices from my neighbours quite clearly. The staff readily helped changed my rooms the next day, but the same problem came up 2 nights later.

Everything is ok. But sound proof was very bad.
We got upgraded to family suite during check-in, that is a bonus. Staff was friendly and helpful, great service. Room was clean. But the hot water need to improve. And, sound proof was Very very bad.!... อ่านต่อ

Rooms are not soundproof
Please work on the soundproof. So annoying when we could her our neighbor scolding their kids or even closing the doors. Other than that, all good.
