Nice stay but need Internet upgrade

It was a nice stay - comfortable, big room, bathroom excellent, small gym and pool that we used a lot. The location is near Nana station BTS and Sukhumvit MRT, plus shopping, food, etc.
Big issue was the slow and strangely managed internet. They use a restrictive method of managing net access which means you are constantly logging back in and out, really annoying. Plus it was slow. Net access is critical for me so it was disappointing.
Suggestion to hotel: Install a Jacuzzi timer that guests can use - push it and get bubbles for 10 min - like most places do. having it only go on 4 times a day at set times is a strange way to manage it.
