Nice hotel , convenient and helpful staffs

Pros : hotel is huge , convenient, clean , walking distance to Terminal 21. There is 24 hours free flow coffee machine at lobby. Staffs are Super helpful.. hotel provide free tuk tuk to nearby BTS Nana station. Surprisingly this hotel has a lot of Japanese tourists.
Cons : no tissue paper in room , breakfast selections are limited and they should consider changing the selections daily, if possible. Can hear people talking outside the room, if you are light sleeper, would suggest to bring along ear plugs :)
Overall, this is a new hotel and very easy access to BTS. Will stay again if I visit BKK again. One thing to note , receptionist will need deposit of THB2000 during check in.

Convenient and basic hotel

Staff makes noise outside the room(on concrete footpath) in the early morning
